Return Policy

Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. 
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@arsaybeirut.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Are the ashtrays resistant to heat and scratches?
Yes, both the stainless steel and marble components are heat-resistant and designed to withstand regular use. However, we recommend handling with care to prevent scratches.
Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Return shipping for exchanges is free.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Info@arsaybeirut.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as personalized products or clearance items, are not eligible for return. Please review the product description for return eligibility.
International Returns:

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
